This is a DIY for Internet of Things POC (proof of concept) leveraging full stack JavaScript on Raspberry Pi (Linux + Node.js). Using the fullstack capabilities whilst taking the support of a smart phone that runs on IOS (iPhone) or Android based application written in Titanium JavaScript, it is possible to remotely control and monitor any appliance at the touch of a finger. Various use cases could be associated with this demo; like it could be used as an a security system using internet connectivity for monitoring purposes when no one is in the house. One can know use the mobile app can monitor the status of devices or directly turning on a associated peripherals.
