Spintly Raises Rs 1.9 Crore In Pre-Series A Round of Funding

As per a report by Yourstory, Internet of Things (IoT) startup Spintly has announced that it has raised Rs 1.9 crore in its pre-Series A round of funding. It was led by US-based angel investors and Goa-based venture accelerator Saltwater Venture Sparks.

The startup said it a statement that it will use the funds to boost its customer acquisition, expansion, and accelerate its product development. Spintly is operated by Mrinq Technologies LLP and it was founded by Rohin Parkar and Malcolm Dsouza in 2017.

Initially raised close to Rs 75 lakh

This startup offers smart access control products for office access management, home access management, and attendance management. It comes with a wireless cloud-based control platform that helps users to access doors by using their smartphones. At the moment, it ahs presence in Goa, Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru with clients like OYO, L&T, P&G, and MyGate. The startup had initially raised close to Rs 75 lakh from US-based angel investors.
