TVS ASL Choose Google Cloud As Tech Partner For Digital Transformation Strategy

According to a report by the Economic Times, TVS Automobiles Solutions, an independent automative aftermarket player announced that it has taken Google Cloud as its technology partner. Google Cloud would help build its digital transformation strategy.

With the help of this deal, TVS ASL would be enhancing its goal of creating a ‘Digital Ecosystem’ that would help in empowering thousands of small entrepreneurs across automotive retailers and garages. 

It has also been reported that TVS ASL has shifted its on-premise data centre infrastructure and existing public cloud deployments onto Google Cloud. This would help in developing the ‘platform of platforms’ tailored to the needs of the automotive industry. 

With the help of this innovative initiative, vehicle owners, retailers, garages and insurance companies would be brought together. They would be from a fragmented market place into one seamless digital technology architecture to provide service, parts, roadside assistance and insurance.

Digitising the Global Aftermarket landscape 

The range of solutions include Connected Vehicle (passenger cars, two wheelers and commercial vehicles), Diagnostics and Predictive Service Management on Cloud. Along with this, the services also include Mobility Solutions for all stakeholders for fulfilment. “The innovative initiative will be seen as an accelerator in Digitizing the Global aftermarket landscape”, said G. Srinivasa Raghavan, Managing Director, TVS Automobile Solutions.

He also added that their team selected Google Cloud for its superior tech stack across Cloud, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Big Data, Marketing & Marketplace solutions that will enable them to scale globally with shorter time to market.
