Panasonic Launches IoT and AI Enabled Platform Miraie

Panasonic has entered the Connected Living Solutions and launched IoT and AI enabled platform named Miraie. The platform aims to improve the everyday lives of the consumer. It has been conceptualized and developed at Panasonic’s India Innovation Centre based in Bangalore.

The company also unveiled its first range of connected products that it will make available in the Indian market under Miraie. It includes connected air conditioners, smart doorbell and plugs, and switches. The company will also expand this range by adding a refrigerator, washing machine, television, fans, geysers in the near future.

In-built intelligent diagnostics

The platform connects and allows access to all of Panasonic’s devices in one place. It also gives in-built intelligent diagnostics that detect issues in advance. This will help in maximising performance and operational lifespan of products as per the company. It also supports Google’s Voice Assistant and Amazon’s Alexa.

The Miraie App also offers e-warranty where all warranty services and annual maintenance contracts are stored digitally for all products. Consumers will get notified when there is a change in any status. The app also supports consumers to get any spare parts of electronic devices replaced with an online request.
