According to a report by masstransitmag, Eurotech has teamed up with Microsoft Azure Certified for Internet of Things (IoT) to help customers get IoT solutions in a quicker manner with hardware and software that has been pre-tested and verified to work with Microsoft Azure IoT services. Microsoft Azure Certified helps businesses to reach customers where they are and it owrks with an ecosystem of devices and platforms said the company.
As per the report, Robert Andres, chief strategy officer, Eurotech said that the combination of Eurotech and Microsoft IoT will help to lower risk and provide faster time to market for those companies that are pursuing digital transformation or getting started with new IoT projects. Eurotech’s Multi-service IoT Edge Gateways with Everyware Software Framework (ESF) along with Microsoft Azure IoT services will give a foundation to develop and deploy and scale edge to cloud IoT applications as per the company.
IoT gateways, edge servers and CPU boards
The report said that the application will optimise IoT gateways, edge servers and CPU boards to meet the requirements and certifications of vertical markets like industrial, energy and utilities, medical, transportation and smart agriculture. With the help of an IoT device middle-ware that has been integrated with the Microsoft Azure IoT, the customers with a wide range of assets on the operational technology side of the business will be able to access the cloud applications and services of Microsoft.
