ITC Infotech, a subsidiary of ITC Ltd., is partnering with RPA platform provider Automation Anywhere to create an intelligent digital workforce.
ITC Infotech will be leveraging Automation Anywhere’s Digital Workforce Platform to empower its global workforce by equipping every employee with a digital BOT.
The personal digital BOTs will enable the employees to automate repetitive tasks and functions.
As part of the overall solution, ITC Infotech and Automation Anywhere will develop customized bots across various job roles, functions and departments at ITC Infotech.
