Mumbai based software and content company Agrahyah Technologies recently launched India’s first ‘Voice agency’, to assist brands in customer engagement.

The agency will assist brands to further activate their voice assistance power for customer engagement and unlock potential to reach beyond the English speaking internet users.

Sreeraman Thiagarajan, co-founder, Agrahyah Technologies, said that it will help create a brand’s presence on voice platforms such as Alexa and Google Assistant through a combination of technology and content.

The voice agency will also integrate voice as an UI for digital assets.

Over the past six months, Agrahyah has already been working with multiple Indian brands, helping them create relevant technology solution and content for Alexa, the Amazon’s voice assistant.
