Viaan Industries’ Promoter & Director, Shilpa Shetty Kundra buys 25000 equity shares of the company through Market Purchase in BSE
Viaan Industries Limited, founded by entrepreneur Raj Kundra and his celebrity wife Shilpa Shetty Kundra, will acquire 50 per cent stake in the capital of Avalance Technology Private Limited, a Mumbai-based tech firm.
The Business Development Committee Meeting of the directors of Viaan Industries approved the acquisition in its meeting held on Tuesday.
The company proposes to be involved in the business of information technology, consulting, cyber security service, InfoSec, artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, big data, cloud computing, data science, hosting, agile SDLC, IOT, software design & development mobile app development, web application development, cyber forensics, etc.
Shilpa Shetty Kundra buys 25000 shares of the company
Viaan Industries’ Promoter & Director, Shilpa Shetty Kundra has purchased 25000 equity shares of the company through Market Purchase in BSE. The shares were bought for a total amount of Rs. 182500.
With this acquisition, the shareholding of Shilpa Shetty Kundra has increased from 27573900 (25.16 per cent) to 27598900 (25.18 per cent).
Shares of the company was last trading in BSE at Rs.7.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 7.17. The total number of shares traded during the day was 151770 in over 163 trades.
