- There are plans to set up a medical electronics centre in Lucknow
- The forum is trying to set up the facility with STPI and the ministry of information and technology
According to a report by PTI, IoT think-tank, IoT Forum has decide to set up an ‘Electropreneurship Park’ in every state. The report said that Satya Gupta, vice- chairman of India electronics and semiconductor association who was present at the briefing said that the forum is trying to set up an intelligent electronics incubation facility.
Gupta also added that the forum is trying to set up the facility with STPI (software technology parks of India) and the ministry of information and technology in all states. The first incubation centre was started in Delhi and the next one will be set up in Bhubaneshwar soon.
Medical electronics centre
Gupta also said that the next plan is to set up a medical electronics centre in Lucknow and agritech centres in Ranchi and Punjab. He also said that Bangalore will also have sucha centre which will be called the IoT Centre of Excellence Lab.
