With this partnership, small and medium businesses (SMBs) and developers will be able to provide a completely scalable method to build bespoke and made-to-order software products.

Commenting on the development, Sachin Dev Duggal, Founder and CEO, Engineer.ai, said, “Our mission is to allow anyone with an idea to build bespoke software, regardless of technical expertise, and we’re big believers in DigitalOcean’s commitment to bringing their award-winning Developer Cloud to our CloudOps marketplace, giving our customers an affordable and easy cloud alternative.”.

Making developers work easier

Mark Templeton, CEO, DigitalOcean, said, “At DigitalOcean, our focus is on making the lives of developers easier by abstracting away the complexity of infrastructure, so users of all skill levels can build powerful applications. Engineer.ai’s Builder is a natural extension of our mission. We believe this partnership will further bridge the technical gap for customers, so they can bring their ideas into reality.”

The Builder platform from Engineer.ai is a software assembly line powered with AI. It breaks the projects into small building blocks of re-usable features customised by professional software engineers from all over the world. This results in high-quality custom software at much less price and time compared to traditional development.

DigitalOcean’s Developer Cloud offers a simplified application setup and deployment experience that allow developers to spend more time on innovation rather than managing complex server infrastructures.

Engineer.ai, started in June 2018, has already served hundreds of clients across geographies, ranging from e-commerce and m-commerce platforms, to social apps. These customers have used the Builder platform to develop products like BBC, Virgin, DiditFor and Manscore.
