The UiPath Cloud Platform provides full capabilities of the company’s on-premises software and gives organisations a rapid start to their RPA journey
UiPath, a robotic process automation (RPA) company, has introduced the UiPath Enterprise Cloud Platform, in order to bring its leading RPA software to the cloud.
The new deployment option for enterprise customers, which was earlier available only through its Community Edition, will enable rapid time to automation. In addition, it will provide easy scalability, high availability and reduced IT infrastructure needs at scale along with an enterprise-class service level agreement.
The software-as-a-service (SaaS) model is in addition to the company’s on-premises, public and private cloud deployment options.
Making automation easy
The UiPath Cloud Platform provides full capabilities of the company’s on-premises software and gives organisations a rapid start to their RPA journey. With this cloud platform, it becomes easy for organisations of all sizes to deploy automation into their operations without any hassle or additional cost of IT infrastructure.
The new platform is an ideal solution for companies that do not want to invest in the upfront infrastructure or hardware, or do not have the dedicated IT resources to maintain automation infrastructure.
With UiPath Cloud Platform, companies can immediately start automating a few of their processes and rapidly scale to hundreds of processes without the need of added IT or resource lift.
UiPath Orchestrator is the first offering to be made available through Enterprise Cloud Platform. The benefits of the solution include:
- Faster set-up and time-to-value
- Easily scalable deployments
- Reduced infrastructure and administrative costs
- Secured automation and simplified compliance
Commenting on the development, Param Kahlon, Chief Product Officer, UiPath, said, “We are essentially removing all barriers to enter the automation first era. For any business or organisation that has hesitated to try RPA because of the cost or investment required for infrastructure without experiencing the benefits it brings – there is absolutely no reason not to try UiPath’s Cloud Platform.”
“We’re confident that our SaaS solution will open the doors to RPA for businesses of all types and sizes, even small and medium businesses (SMBs) who believed automation was out of reach,” he added.
