By implementing Infonova, Tata Communications’ customers can tailor their own connections, depending on individual market requirements
Tata Communications, a global technology solutions company, has collaborated with global technology consulting firm BearingPoint/Beyond to improve offering of its MOVE IoT Connect. The company is looking to leverage BearingPoint’s Infonova – a cloud-based digital platform to enhance customer management capabilities of MOVE IoT Connect.
The company is looking to improve the customer delivery offering on its MOVE IoT Connect solution. For this, it will leverage the Infonova Digital Business Platform that facilitates speedy and efficient exchange of ideas and complex business interactions.
By implementing Infonova, the customers are able to control their IoT experience, by way of allowing oversight over different aspects of connection in fast and efficient ways. They can also have the ability to tailor their own connections, depending on individual market requirements.

MOVE IoT Connect, developed by Tata Communications, is a solution of global Industry 4.0 revolution, designed to allow cross-border organisational growth. The solution significantly improves connectivity and is supported by partnership with a network of over 600 mobile operators globally.
In addition, the solution is incorporated with Internet of Things (IoT) capabilities by way of machine-to-machine (M2M) interactions, apart from mobile network enablement. This allows for improved efficiency in various business operations, such as coverage, billing, control and subscriber management.
