The new series of solutions are part of Kerlink’s latest addition to its present suite of LoRaWAN products, software and services
Kerlink, a global leader providing solutions dedicated to Internet of Things (IoT), announced that it will launch a new range of end-to-end IoT solutions that are designed for corporate businesses and cities. The solutions are dedicated to various fields, ranging from logistics and tracking and facility management to asset monitoring and building operation.
The new series of solutions are developed with partners who are expert in their vertical markets. These solutions are part of Kerlink’s latest addition to its present suite of LoRaWAN products, software and services.
New Solutions Leveraging IoT Connectivity
These ready-to-deploy packages include:
Smart Logistics and Tracking (Developed with Wyres): This solution includes a seamless, energy-efficient and cost-effective geolocation system that optimises logistic flows and secures assets, whether inside buildings or in transit.
Smart Facility Management (Developed with Microshare): This technology optimises room use and occupancy and automatically chooses operational features, like predictive cleaning that enhance experience of end-user.
Smart Building Operation and Maintenance (Proposed with Hxperience): This solution shows property and facility managers how to increase overall operational efficiency, cut down energy and water costs, and create new value by monetising building assets, such as new digital services.
Smart Asset Monitoring (From Synox): This technology enables users to manage all their connected end-devices to maximise data use, such as cold-chain monitoring. It also includes data recovery.
Last year, Kerlink invested in and formed a business partnership with Microshare Inc, a leader in network security and customer service. In January this year, Kerlink acquired 51 per cent stake in French company Wyres, that specialises in indoor geolocation technology.
Stéphane Dejean, Chief Marketing Officer, Kerlink, said “Kerlink acts as a solution designer to federate relevant ecosystems partners, to speed-up the development of vertical solutions and to reduce time-to-market, technical complexity and fragmented customer experience. We want to be the catalyst to gather relevant players in the IoT value chain – device makers, integrators, applications providers – and combine our joint expertise in ready-to-run solutions, benefiting from Kerlink’s leadership in robust and performant IoT network design, deployment and operation.
“Together, we aim at removing technical challenges, improving end-user experience and delivering concrete solutions tailored to immediate business needs. LoRa is proving its ability to support industrial operations and is the most mature and cost-efficient LPWAN technology for massive IoT to date,” Dejean added.
