Through the IBM Garage, HDFC ERGO and IBM will leverage exponential technologies and deep insights to co-create, co-execute and co-operate new solutions
IT major IBM India announced that it has collaborated with HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company to co-develop new artificial intelligence (AI)-based solutions for enhancing customer experiences.
As per the alliance, teams from IBM Services and HDFC ERGO will jointly work to develop and test new solutions by leveraging IBM Garage that utilises data-driven insights to create end-to-end solutions and strategies for business transformation.
The IBM Garage team consists of insurance industry experts, data scientists, design thinkers and architects who will work in close coordination with the team of HDFC ERGO to identify innovative, data-driven ideas through short iterations on a constant delivery schedule.
Leveraging exponential technologies

IBM Garage will help in developing rapid, scalable and cost-effective methods to create, deploy and test high-end automation solutions that are enabled via AI and analytics capabilities, and are delivered on IBM Cloud. In addition, the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) solution delivery, testing and deployment will include seamless integration with the internal systems of HDFC ERGO.
