Goldmedal Electricals, a leading home-grown electrical goods company, has launched a new range of home automation switches that can be controlled through a mobile app, remote control and voice commands, viz. Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.
The i-Touch wi-fi switches can also be controlled manually and are easy to install. These smart switches can be simply retrofitted into the existing wiring of a house, without requiring drilling new holes or re-wiring.
These new switches feature a blue backlit LED touch buttons that make it easier and convenient to operate the unit even in the dark. In addition, the switches feature glass interface that ensures switches can be operate even with gentlest of touches.
Remotely controlled from anywhere
The i-Touch wi-fi switches are incorporated with a micro controller chip which helps in saving all the parameters that are pre-set by the user. These switches can be remotely controlled using a remote control as well as via voice commands from any part of the world using the i-World mobile app. With this app, a user can control and know the status of and even set scenes that control a series of switches at a pre-defined time. The i-World app can be synced with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.
