BuildTrack, a leading brand in smart automation and Internet of Things (IoT) products and solutions, announced that it has deployed wireless lighting automation system in multiple customer orientation centres of Jaquar Group. The system is based on the latest IoT technologies.
The wireless lighting automation system are deployed in Jaquar’s orientation centres across various cities including Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Gurgaon, Indore, Raipur, Bhopal, Lucknow, Hyderabad, and Jammu.
With the deployment the system, customers visiting the orientation centres of Jaquar are able to experience the extraordinary variety and splendour of lighting solutions on display just from a Smart App.
Improving customer experience
By enabling transformation of traditional stores into smart stores, BuildTrack is aimed at improving the customer experience within the stores as they explore a variety of exceptional solutions by turning them ON/OFF and dimming them collectively or individually, the company said in a statement.
The entire showroom has a digital catalogue of more than 300 lights and can be controlled through the Smart App. The automation system was implemented after the store was finished and in operation. The Smart App serves as a built-in catalogue as well as digital control unit.
