BMC, a leading global company providing IT solutions for digital enterprises, announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Automation Anywhere, a world leader in robotic process automation (RPA). The aim of partnership is to enhance the capabilities of BMC Helix cognitive automation to include RPA across the service desk processes.

The RPA technology of Automation Anywhere leveraged bots that work alongside human workers for automating mundane and repetitive tasks, thus liberating the employees to focus only on providing higher-level business value that only humans are capable of delivering.
Improve customer satisfaction
The BMC Helix RPA bot can be launched by a service desk agent in order to help synchronise data across systems. All the actions cane be completed by the bot in a few seconds, with the click of a button, thus resulting in speedy service delivery and enhanced customer satisfaction.
