Electrocomponents plc, the company behind RS Components and Allied Electronics & Automation, announced the launched a new global technology business – OKdo, to focus on the Internet of Things (IoT) and single board computing (SBC).
The main focus of the new business is to deliver an outstanding experience for all IoT and SBC customers, irrespective of their ambitions, goals and background. The new technology business will offer end-to-end support for all IoT and SBC segments, industrial designers, spanning makers, entrepreneurs, re-seller partners and educators.
To create new ideas
The new business is launched under the banner of ‘Design the World’ and will provide a unique combination of software, hardware, development support and manufacturing solutions to enable customers to create new ideas and turn them into commercial reality.
