Easyrewardz Partners with Microsoft for AI-enabled Customer Engagement Solutions

Easyrewardz’s partnership with Microsoft will enhance intelligent customer analytics and help make recommendations to brands on campaigns

Easyrewardz, specialising in cloud-based customer relationship platform, has entered into partnership with tech major Microsoft for artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled customer lifecycle management solutions.

With this partnership, Easyrewardz will leverage AI framework of Microsoft Azure cloud in order to improve its integrated online and in-shop rewards and loyalty programme, to increasingly drive engaging dialogues with consumers, at point-of-sale as well as on their mobile devices.

Through AI-enabled analytics, the partnership will improve the understanding of customers by brands, by analysing their shopping behaviour and in-shop transactions. This would also provide recommendations and insights to brands on creating customised customer experiences. This, in-turn, will improve engagement of brands with the customers and merchant outlets, as well as help in building relevant and rewarding long-term relationships.

Enhance portfolio of solutions
