Easyrewardz’s partnership with Microsoft will enhance intelligent customer analytics and help make recommendations to brands on campaigns
Recently the cloud-based customer relationship platform,Easyrewardz has signed a partnership with American tech stalwart Microsoft for artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled customer lifecycle management solutions.
As a result, Easyrewardz will leverage AI framework of Microsoft Azure cloud in order to improve its integrated online and in-shop rewards and loyalty programme, to increasingly drive engaging dialogues with consumers, at point-of-sale as well as on their mobile devices.
Through AI-enabled analytics, the partnership will improve the understanding of customers by brands, by analysing their shopping behaviour and in-shop transactions. This would also provide recommendations and insights to brands on creating customised customer experiences. And will improve engagement of brands with the customers,merchant outlets, as well as help in creating relevant and rewarding long-term relationships.
