The key to bagging the recognition was Automation Anywhere’s Bot Insight, a solution that offers in-depth business insights and real-time analysis of major performance metrics
Automation Anywhere, a developer of robotic process automation (RPA), announced that it has been awarded by Frost & Sullivan with the 2019 Global Competitive Strategy Innovation and Leadership Award for accelerating the adoption of RPA with its artificial intelligence (AI)-driven digital workforce.
Automation Anywhere has been recognised by Frost & Sullivan for its AI application, advanced analytics and cognitive sciences to unlock extraordinary productivity and value for global enterprises, the company said in statement.
The key to bagging the recognition was Automation Anywhere’s Bot Insight, a solution that offers in-depth business insights and real-time analysis of major performance metrics like revenue growth, productivity improvements and costs savings. The solution eliminates the burden of IT for tagging, logging and visualising data to cut down cost and time to value.
Commenting on the development, Mihir Shukla, CEO and Co-Founder, Automation Anywhere, said, “It is an honour to be recognised for our mission to make work more human through intelligent automation. Early on, Automation Anywhere recognised the power of AI-enhanced RPA to enhance customer service, allowing businesses to become more efficient so humans can focus on higher-value work, and improving the customer’s experience. Our platform grows more intelligent every day, helping unleash limitless human creativity to elevate the human enterprise.”
Transforming the future of work
Nancy Jamison, Principal Analyst, Customer Contact at Frost & Sullivan, commented, “Automation Anywhere’s vision to build highly intelligent digital workforces with multi-skilled, downloadable, and ready-to-deploy bots and Digital Workers that take clients to the next level of automation is helping drive the industry forward. The company is working to define and transform the future of work.”
“This broadening of the scope of automation by including technology to increase the ‘intelligence’ of its applications sets Automation Anywhere apart from the competition and is attracting partners and customers,” Jamison added.
Frost & Sullivan assessed Automation Anywhere by using a scorecard that is focused on Customer Impact and Strategy Innovation. The company was applauded for pioneering the intelligent digital workforce, merging RPA with cognitive capabilities to go beyond other automation solutions and offering actionable insights of a more human nature.
